Advance Cold Forming Technology
In contrast to hot forming where the spring is coiled at an elevated temperature, our sport lowered springs are made through the technique of cold forming (normal temperature forming at a non-elevated temperature). By using a dedicated new-type coiling machine, deterioration of the material is prevented and advanced performance is retained.


Chromium Alloy Spring
Springs are made of chromium alloy SAE9254 steel and passed 500,000 times of compression test and inspection with less than 5% deformation.

Improved Rust Prevention
The surface is treated with powder coating which forms thick film and is highly durable in addition to zinc phosphate coating as pre-paint. This results in a very effective rust prevention where such paint provide superior protection against snow melting agent (calcium chloride) compared to existing paint solvent.

Silencer Rubber
To prevent noise caused by coil-to-coil contact and / or from mounting portion, the silencer rubber is applied to each spring in reducing unpleasant noise commonly caused by the use of lowered springs (except some models).
